Cancellation Policies and Travel Insurance Options:
Since COVID has been with us for awhile now and it is not an unforeseen event, all of our normal cancellation policies do apply.
We offer travel insurance and travel insurance options that include a cancel for any reason clause. We highly suggest you check these options out.
Should the Steamboat Ski Area close completely during the season due to COVID19 or if the local government puts a short term rental ban in place, we will refund any impacted reservations minus a 3% transaction fee (charged to us by the processing company).
We realize things do happen, so please reach out and explain any situations and we will do our best to work with you when we can.
What restrictions are in place in Steamboat and Routt County:
We highly suggest visiting Routt County’s COVID information page for the most up to date information. Please follow all local mandates while you are visiting in order to keep our small community safe and to protect yourselves and other travelers while you are here. Some businesses are requiring masks indoors and some are not, please be courteous and follow the wishes of the establishments you visit. Masks are required on all resort and community shuttles and buses. The Ski Area is requiring masks indoors as well.
