The Lodge at Steamboat property is made up of six buildings featuring 2- or 3-bedroom condos. There is a clubhouse featuring the front desk where all guests check in, and a cozy lobby area to wait for your condo to be ready or to converse with fellow travelers.
During ski season, there is a free shuttle that loops from the clubhouse to the ski area and back making it a breeze to get to and from your skiing adventures. The property also features a heated outdoor pool (open winter and summer), several outdoor hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. Each building features a community laundry room and there is free parking in the lot for up to 2 cars per condo. Grand Adventure Company guests enjoy access to all the amenities and the shuttle at the Lodge and utilize the front desk for check-in.

Parking is limited. Check your rental listing for parking info. In winter, overnight parking in Steamboat is extremely restricted due to snow removal. You're responsible for finding legal parking for extra vehicles—fines or towing may occur.
Some homes offer free winter shuttle service—check your rental listing. The city runs a free year-round bus, and Uber/Lyft may be available. Some shuttle companies also offer point-to-point service.
