Hi, I'm Tara. I have been managing vacation rentals in Steamboat for over 14 years. After building up the sales and marketing program of a successful vacation rental startup that was sold to a large national brand a few years ago, I struck out on my own adventure. Im so happy to be able to have some great folks join my team! I live in Steamboat with my husband and two little ones. We love to ski, hike, fish, hunt and just to get out and enjoy nature. I’m Carter Allen. Having grown up in Steamboat Springs, my love for this mountain town runs deep, and has shaped both my personal and professional life. My wife and I tried living in other places, but ultimately came to find out that there's nowhere better to be, and nowhere better to raise our son than Steamboat Springs. I have dedicated the majority of my professional career to sharing my love and passion for this mountain town with others. I have over a decade of experience in sales and marketing with the majority primarily in relation to vacation rentals. When I’m out of the office, you’ll likely find me and my family on the slopes or a hiking trail. See you out there!

Hi, I'm Bill. I moved to Steamboat Springs in 2009 for a winter of skiing, and I'm still here! As many have said, I came here for the winter and stayed for the summer. When I'm not working you can often find me exploring "my backyard" on skis or bike. With over a decade of experience in hospitality I am excited to begin this Grand Adventure.
