Reservations/Guest Services Lead:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic go-getter to join our small but mighty team in Steamboat Springs. We are seeking a reservations and guest service guru who loves interacting with guests over the phone, in person and via email or text message. We need someone who is excited about answering the phone and jumps at the chance to return a call to a guest. This position will require someone who is very organized and detail oriented and can handle a high volume of work during ski season. This is perfect for someone with previous sales or customer service experience. We would prefer someone with vacation rental or hospitality experience but are willing to train someone with the right attitude and fit for our team. We need someone who stays calm and even mannered under any circumstance. You must be available to work a schedule that includes weekends and could include shifts until 6 or 7pm during certain parts of the year. For the right person, this opportunity has tremendous potential for growth as our company grows.
Prior Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years sales or customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, other experience considered
- Ability to handle and organize a high volume of tasks on a daily basis
- Self starter with the ability to get your work done on your own
- Must be able to learn new technology quickly and be familiar with email, text and messaging systems.
- Must fluently speak and write in English
- This is not a remote position, you must currently live near Steamboat Springs – potential for hybrid position for the right person
- This is a Full Time position
Pay Range: DOE – starting around $45,000 annual salary, more experienced candidates will be higher

Operations Assistant FT or PT year-round:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic go-getter to join our small but mighty team in Steamboat Springs. This is an operations based position involving attention to detail in the care of the properties we manage. We would prefer someone with vacation rental or hospitality experience but are willing to train someone with the right attitude and fit for our team. For the right person, this opportunity has tremendous potential for growth as our company grows.
Typical Duties:
- Inspecting properties before guest or owner arrivals
- Inspecting properties after guest departures
- Stocking guest supplies
- Keeping track of maintenance projects
- Light maintenance or housekeeping duties as required
- Off season vacant property checks
- Other tasks as needed
You must be available to work a schedule that includes weekends during busy seasons and occasional after-hours on-call.
Prior Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
- Housekeeping or maintenance experience and/or skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Attention to detail
- Self starter with the ability to get your work done on your own
- Must speak English, Spanish fluency a bonus
- Must be able to learn management software to run occupancy reports and record work orders.
- Must be familiar with email and text messaging
- Ability to lift about 40 pounds
- This is not a remote position, you must currently live near Steamboat Springs
Pay Range: DOE, starting at around $22-25/hr plus seasonal bonuses
