Each spacious bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, TV and in the summer, a portable AC unit. One bedroom has an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and the other utilizes a bathroom off the hallway that is shared with the loft that also features a tub/shower combo. The open loft space has a twin/twin bunk and a futon plus a large workspace with 2 desk chairs and 2 monitors. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The main level is open and comfortable with a living area, dining area and kitchen with ample counter space. There is a balcony off the dining area that overlooks a serene creek. An additional workspace off the living area also boasts 2 more computer monitors and a view of the creek. If you have to do some work while here, at least your views will be nice.
Kutuk Condominiums features a convenient location just across the street from the ski slopes. There is a trail that you can end your day on that will bring you right to the edge of the property. The community features a large sundeck with beautiful views where there are also ski lockers for each condo so you dont have to worry about hauling your gear back to the condo. The sundeck also features a gas firepit, BBQ grills and picnic tables as well as 2 common area hot tubs. The clubhouse building where you will check-in also houses the community laundry facilities. The property has secure, paid underground parking and a shuttle service during the ski season.
