Waterford 11 is a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bath townhome with 3 levels of luxurious living. The owners spared no expense and really brought this home into the modern era. The home is flooded with natural light. The main floor is stunning with a beautifully furnished and open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and there is a half bath on this level. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level offering great privacy and quiet separation from the main level. The main bedroom features a King bed and has an attached bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity, amazing walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms with Queen beds and each has it's own attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a small bunk room perfect for the little ones! Entering from the garage level, there is a functional mud room space with bench and hooks for your ski jackets. There is also a full bathroom on this level. During Ski Season (Dec - mid Apr), there is a private indoor hot tub (please note, the hot tub is not operable the rest of the year).
