On the top floor you will find the second suite featuring a King bed and another large bathroom suite identical to the one below, with double vanity, soaking tub and steam shower. The bunk room features 2 sets of Twin XL bunks and another bathroom suite with steam shower, double vanity and soaking tub. Yes, all 4 bathrooms have steam showers and soaking tubs!
The Atriums is an exclusive condo complex with only a few large condos, giving you the utmost in privacy and comfort. As mentioned before, there are 2 parking spaces in the private garage within the larger community garage. The Atriums are a quick .2 mi drive to the nearest ski area parking lot, or a 1/4 mi walk to the base area on sidewalks. Steamboat has Uber/Lyft and local taxi service if you decide you'd like to go out for a night on the town. The community pool and hot tubs are undergoing a remodeling project expected to be completed by end of summer 2025, and are currently not available.

For those who enjoy the finer things in life, book your Steamboat vacation at the Atriums #26. This multi-level condo has had a complete remodel during the summer & fall of 2024. It looks and feels brand new! The condo is a sprawling 4400 square feet! Enter through the private 2 car garage within the larger community garage. There is a large mud room with room for all your gear and jackets. Head up to the main level where you will find a spacious living area with brand new furniture and state of the art electronics. The dining area is within its own window filled nook with stylish lighting and room for everyone to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards. The spacious kitchen has a plethora of counter space and cabinets and is sure to please any chef. There are quality appliances and 2 sinks! There is plenty of room for many cooks in this kitchen! On this level you will also find a convenient half bathroom and the full laundry room.
