Head upstairs to an open loft with sleeper sofa and a shared bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one with large King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Enjoy free Wi-Fi to keep in touch or to stream your favorite shows. There is an electric grill on the deck for guest use.
After a day exploring the mountain, soak in the Promontory hot tub or in the summer take a dip in the pool. The condo has room for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. We would love to host your Steamboat adventures at the Promontory Condos.

During the summer this home, like most in the mountains of Colorado, does not have Air Conditioning. The lower level usually stays a very cool and comfortable temperature, the upper level has fans for your comfort. After sun down, the place cools off quickly with a few open windows.

Amazing views await you from this top-floor 3 bedroom condo at the Promontory! Upon entry a nice sized kitchen with island and breakfast bar greets you as well as a boot dryer for your mountain adventures. Moving through the kitchen you enter the dining and living areas with lofted ceilings. The dining area has seating for 6 people and there are 2 more seats at the counter. The living area has comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. From here you have access to the large balcony with amazing views of the valley and you can even glimpse the Flat Tops beyond.
