The garage we mentioned in the above paragraph may be your second favorite community amenity, especially for our winter travelers. We live here year round, and we cannot express enough the convenience of being able to pull into a garage, close the door behind us, and unload groceries, kids, and ourselves without having to navigate through snowflakes, ice, and slush. And when we are ready to leave, there is no need to scrape ice off a windshield, nor will there be a need to let the car warm up before hitting the road; the garage maintains a cozy nest for the vehicles that rest within. Of course, your favorite community amenity will most certainly be the hot tub bubbling happily in its gated enclosure, and your aching muscles will thank you for every soak you experience. Offering a close proximity to walking trails, bike paths, and of course, the ski area, the community is one that enjoys a prime location.
Perfect for Larger Traveling Groups
The condos we offer in Alpine Vista are larger ones, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths (every bedroom has its own en suite bath), and room for up to 10 guests. Wood floors give a warm glow to the spaces, and high ceilings and windows that stretch all the way up to the ceiling make these comfortable spaces feel even larger. And because every detail is important when you choose Grand Adventure Company, there will be enough seating in the living room and dining room for every guest to have a spot at the table and a view of the super-sized state of the art television mounted to the wall. Fireplaces are practically a legal requirement in Steamboat Springs, so of course a large stone fireplace is the center of attraction in the living room, and an open concept floor plan enables guests to do their own things in separate spaces, while staying connected with a smile, a look, and probably a dad joke or two. The chef quality kitchens will give you more reasons to stay in on a cold and snowy night, offering updated appliances, stone counters, and breakfast bars where those not cooking can chat with the cook of the day.
Comfort and Luxury
Comfort is important to the quality of your vacation, and the premium beds found in spacious bedrooms will be your favorite spot in the house. As we mentioned earlier, every bedroom has its own bath, allowing multiple families to stay together but have their own private spaces to retreat to, and because there are so many bathrooms, morning traffic jams will be fewer. Steam showers and deep soaking tubs give the baths a spa-like feel and televisions in every bedroom may help guests fall asleep easier. Although each room does have its own bath, the primary suite will be quickly apparent as its size is quite large and offers enough room for a sofa, a desk area, and all the normal bedroom furniture.
