An on-site manager greets guests at the door of their vacation retreat, welcoming travelers to a beautiful vacation experience and its location, just blocks away from the ski area ensures that you will spend more time on the slopes and less time trying to commute. During ski season, the Cimarron community offers a shuttle service to and from the slopes in the morning and afternoon daily, as well as a scheduled evening service to downtown on Thurs-Sun nights and the Steamboat city bus stop (also free) is located just a short distance from your vacation escape, ensuring that you won’t need to take a car anywhere unless you really want to!

Choosing Luxury

Now that you have explored the Cimarron neighborhood a little, it is time to take a peek inside our gorgeous Grand Adventure Company townhomes that will be your home for the next week or so of your life. These spaces are large ones, stretching out about 3000 feet or more and offering a bold and brazen luxury that only comes from knowing you are the best. Vaulted ceilings make the space feel that much larger and floor to ceiling windows embrace the beauty of the Colorado landscape, the mountains that stand guard in the background, and even the community in which they are located. You may get distracted by the views from the patios and decks, but we encourage you to take some time to examine the beauty of a room designed to offer maximum comfort, sinking into soft sofas and chairs, warming your hands in front of a roaring fire, and maybe flipping through the channels of the state of the art televisions mounted above the mantels.
