The La Casa community is located within walking distance of the slopes, enabling you to spend more time on the mountain and far less time trying to get there. One of the first things you may notice about your visit to Colorado is that almost everyone has hot tubs; there is just something wonderful about soaking in bubbling hot waters while Jack Frost nips at your nose, and you won’t have to skip the experience. This community features a large hot tub that is open to the sky, so you can also stare up at the stars while the jets are working their magic on your aching muscles! Winter visitors will also appreciate the covered parking space that helps keep rental cars relatively warm and dry and ensuring that a road trip is an adventure that won’t be troublesome.

Now that you have experienced a brief tour of the community, let’s explore the properties we at Grand Adventure Company provide within its boundaries. Our condos are the larger ones at this time, offering 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests to cohabitate happily, but because we are always looking to expand our offerings, that could change at any moment. When you find a good thing, you don’t want to let it go, and in our case, we are always on the hunt for more. The living rooms of our La Casa sanctuaries are large as well, allowing all guests to hang out and watch the Super Bowl, but we can’t promise squabbles will be avoided, especially if team loyalty is divided. A fireplace will be appreciated year-round as guests aren’t always aware of how far the temperatures drop, even during the summer months. Bookshelves may be stocked with books, board games, and movies, and views of the mountains through sliding glass doors that lead out to a balcony will serve as a constant reminder of how ruggedly beautiful this part of the world is.
Time to Play
In addition to the hot tub that you will want to spend a LOT of your down time soaking in, these condos are large enough to offer something you don’t often expect to find in spaces such as these. Tucked away in a not so quiet corner, residing alongside the wall in a place of honor in what would otherwise be unused space, your La Casa condo may offer an arcade game that will remind you of your childhood in the 80s, or some kind of gaming table (shuffleboard, pool, ping pong) may tempt you to spend a night in playing with your family. Entertainment is as important to your comfortable lodging as the furnishings and appliances, and even the televisions that may be found in the living room and most bedrooms are large, modern, and designed to encourage guests to take more lazy days.
