No, all of our rentals include linens and towels, along with starter supplies such as shampoo, soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dish detergent. If your rental includes a washer and dryer, we also provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets. During ski season, enjoy a welcome gift with starter coffee and local treats.

You’ll receive an email with check-in instructions 3–5 days before your arrival. Most of our homes use smart locks with personalized entry codes. Some properties may require check-in at a front desk. If you have questions before that, feel free to contact us.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your arrival day. While we strive to have every home ready on time, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. We'll notify you if anything affects your check-in.

Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet neighborhood of large townhomes located just a quick walk to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The neighborhood offers a year-round heated pool and large hot tub. There is an on-call ski-season shuttle service that will whisk you from the driveway to the base of the ski area in no time. Or if you feel like getting your legs warmed up, its about a 5 minute walk along a path to the base. Each home has a private garage and the property is serenely located along a babbling creek.
