Offering room for as many as 14 guests in our largest properties, every guest will feel comfortable and at home during their week in Colorado and that isn’t a promise many vacation rentals can offer. Aren’t you lucky you found Grand Adventure Company?
Your Vacation Starts Now
As you stand on the outside of the door that leads to a comfortable paradise, you may still be feeling a bit stressed from your travels, a bit worried that you forgot something important, and a bit sore from being cramped in the tiny spaces allotted to travelers in today’s airplanes, but once that door swings open and you step inside, all negatives will be forgotten. Feel your shoulders and neck loosen, the noises in your brain begin to quiet, and your heart begin to swell with happiness as you get your first look at the spaces you will call home for the next week of your life. Venturing in further, open concept floor plans will allow you to picture exactly how you will use each space in a single glance and although the sofa in front of the fireplace looks mighty inviting, you won’t be able to stop exploring the spaces, at least not yet.
Designed to Be Lived In
The state of the art television hanging over the mantel of the fireplace in the living room, the soft fabrics that topped the plush sofas, and walls of windows that let in views of the mountains while keeping the elements outside where they belong, will have captured your attention first. But the dining room, tucked away in alcoves of windows or serving as a partition between living room and kitchen look interesting as well, serving as a space where families will eat, play games, or just relax with their favorite beverages and quiet conversations, perhaps reliving some of their outdoor adventures in between sips and laughter. Fully equipped kitchens may entice you to prepare at least a meal or two, saving money on dining expenses while allowing you to get your hands on gourmet appliances you have always wanted in your own kitchen at home. These public spaces are designed to be lived in and we can promise that your moments under the roof of our weekly rentals will be ones you will never forget.
Amenities Matter
We’ve already mentioned fireplaces, televisions (many bedrooms will also feature their own televisions as well) and gourmet appliances, but there are still many more amenities to explore. Step outside to patios, balconies, and decks and examine outside seating areas that will be the most popular seats in the structure during warmer weather visits, barbecue grills that invite you to grill the fish you caught during your adventures in fly fishing, and in most spaces, a bubbling hot tub that will actually alleviate the last of your traveling aches and pains.
Coming back inside you may discover that the bathrooms of our retreats provide spa-like baths with deep soaking tubs and steam showers or showers with multiple shower heads to ensure that you come out squeaky clean. Primary suites may offer their own fireplaces, sitting areas, even private entrances to the balconies you will soon come to love and private corners may be furnished with desks for those travelers who need to mix business with pleasure.
