Enter to an open kitchen area with plenty of counter space and even a large pantry for stocking your groceries. There is a mud room with plenty of space for your jackets and gear and a full size washer & dryer. Proceed through to the dining area with wet bar and full bathroom. The spacious living area has comfortable seating for everyone, a gas fireplace for cozy nights retelling your adventures on the mountain and a TV to catch your favorite shows or games. The Pac Man arcade game will provide hours of fun. There is access to a balcony with wonderful valley views, great in summer or winter.
One level up you will find two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. One has two twin beds and the other has a Queen/Queen set of bunk beds. The top level has two bedroom suites with King beds and each has their own gas fireplaces and bathrooms. There is a small nook that acts as a 5th private sleeping area with a set of twin bunk beds near the dining area, perfect for the kids.
La Casa 20 has 1 assigned covered parking space in front of the condo and there may be extra parking in the overflow lot above for 1 additional vehicle, There are two common area hot tubs on the property as well as some BBQ grills. You are a quick walk to the slopes or catch the free Steamboat city bus out front and ride a couple minutes to the base area (or further to access the rest of town). During ski season there is a free on-call shuttle for La Casa.
